I have been taking the product daily for 3 weeks. I have not noticed any side effects from taking the product. I bought a 3 month supply and will re-evaluate at the end of the 3 months.

While no one can really tell this stuff is working until you live 30% longer (like the lab rats did), which can take a long time, I think that the dosage and price represents a good value.
