While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o’clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.
I just completed my 3rd bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore. I used it for around 10 wks. I had no ill effects from it. I drank close too 1 gallon of water a day which caused me to pee alot, but besides that i felt fine. I worked out 4x a week w/ weights & combined it w/ a few other supplements, and i’m happy with my results. I did feel alittle hyper in the morning from it but i didn’t mind. I read a few sketchy reviews of this product, and was a bit worried when i started on the starting dosage. I immediately noticed an extra burst of energy that I wasn’t seeing from the standard formula. I’ve been taking it for just over 2 weeks now, and I’m still feeling pretty good taking one pill at a time, which is very unusual for me.
I haven’t noticed any of the other side effects I’ve read about, and have been very pleased with the results so far.
