I’ve lost 30 pounds in about 3 months using this product!! it actually works without exercise or strict diets. the first month i experienced dry mouth, slight dizziness and nausea but after that, all that went away. i know someone who took those pills to her cardiologist (here in the United States!!) and the cardiologist said that the pills were safe for her to take and is more of like an appetite controller so that people can learn how to eat properly and not overindulge! i would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Outstanding product if you really want to lose the weight in a couple of weeks.No exercise needed the pill itself will do the work for you. However not everybody can use it and remember not to take it at night or you wont sleep.So far for me i have lost 20 pounds in 30 days.Just take 1 pill every day 1 hour before breakfast or launch and thats it.And remember to drink plenty of water.

These capsules are absolutely amazing! I read all the reviews on here… all the 5 stars made me confident enough to go ahead and purchase the product, and it was in my mailbox no later than three days after the order. I started taking the capsules, Saturday, O8-29-O9. I weighed myself the night before, My weight was 269.4, as of today, O9-O1-O9, my weight is 261.O. I am living proof that this pill works. Sometimes I weigh myself back to back because I think the scale is wrong! I noticed that most of others put on their reviews that this product gives you dry mouth, It didn’t give me dry mouth at all because I started the Biotene product for dry mouth so I wouldn’t get it. Alli does work! But as most users said, you have to watch your fat intake, portion control and exercise. The weight will come off gradually. It clearly states that. Whoever says it doesn’t work, didn’t follow the guidelines and was clearly expecting a quick fix. The weight didn’t accumulate overnight so don’t expect to lose it overnight.

I’ve been using this for over a year and I slowly, but surely lost over 30 lbs (went from 185 to 155). Getting use to the “side effects” at first was an issue, but the better you watched your fat intake and exercised more the less “side effects” you would have. It expensive and I’ve been buying it from local stores with coupons and thought I was getting a good deal then, but I wish I would have looked here sooner – this is a great price. This is I think a great product! But it is very critical that you follow the directions about your fat intake because you will have the side effects. It is definiatly not a quick weight lose pill. But however it will help those of us that have a hard time losing without excercise.

I have been taking alli for almost a month and have lost no weight due to this pill but what I have realized is that it has helped me to not gain weight. For the first two weeks I was doing great but then a social event came up and I splurged. I had no nasty side effects other than the normal oily stools. (I have never experienced any really nasty side effects from alli.) I gained back 3 pounds from the 6 pounds I lost the first two weeks from eating around 1500 calories a day, not from taking alli. I then got right back on the band wagon and was good for another week staying about the same weight, which is normal. I fell off after another social event and then starting eating “real food” not bird food for a few days and realized the alli was keeping me from putting any weight back on. I thought “this is exactly what I need.” I had finally found the miracle pill that could help me through the harder parts of dieting, the days when you just want to eat like a normal person. I am now going to start the tracy anderson methods dvd (amazing reviews on amazon.com, oprah’s show and a few other websites), madonna and gwenyth paltrow personal trainer. I am hoping with the combination of the two I can loose that last 8 lbs to fit back into my before holidays jeans :0). Good Luck to all that give it a try. Fair warning this pill will not help you loose weight but it will help you to maintain your weight easier and also make it easier to stay on track. I have been using Orlistat ( Alli) for several weeks and while it is not a quick fix, it does assist in weight loss. The directions are adamant saying it takes work on your part and a low fat , decreased calorie diet along with exercise. There is no magic trick to lose weight . It is work and commitment. I read a few sketchy reviews of this product, and was a bit worried when i started on the starting dosage. I’m not on an extreme diet however I’m concerned about what I eat. Sometimes if I’m at a restaurant I don’t order what I really want because of the fat. With Alli, I can order the creme brule or other item I’d normally feel guilty about eating and reduce the fat absorbed by 1/3. I use the product about 2-3 per week. As far as dieting, I can’t offer an opinion; I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m just trying to enjoy food and stay at my same weight.

I have tried these pills before because they were sold in Mexico without prescription and in a higher doses. They really work. Right now although they are sold here in USA in a lower doses, they are the best pill I have ever tried to loose weight.
